Ok if you like mono
I couldn't find a clear station on stereo, so I was forced to go with mono, which made songs that are meant for stereo sound hollow and even have some parts I couldn't hear. It worked, but not very well.

Works fine in some places, poorly in other places
This is an acceptable solution with the exception noted below:

In bigger cities with crowded airwaves, the likelihood of interference (and thus poor quality transmission) is very high. In those cases, the effort of constantly trying to find an acceptable available FM station becomes tiresome.

In smaller markets, and/or when you do find a reasonably good station on which to listen to your music, it performs fine...not great, not awful, but good enough if you have no other choices for listening to your MP3 player.

I am glad I own it, and generally recommend it because I'd rather have my music even if it contains a little "static" than not have it at all. Just be aware that you should not expect "superb" music quality, and that there will a few times when it is more frustrating than it's worth.

On balance, though, it's a good choice.

Great product
I tried several other transmitters, and this one works amazingly well. The USB charging option allows the product to work with many different devices (I have a nano 5G, which doesn't charge with many transmitters)and the sound is great - no interference at all. I've used it in standard mode as well as international mode, and both work just fine, though it's nice to have an option. I was concerned that the sound quality wouldn't be that great because the transmitter uses the headphone jack instead of the bottom slot (whatever it's called), but the sound is better than more expensive transmitters I've tried. Buy it.

Works OK with HTC Incredible
FM Transmitter is stronger than most and weaker than some older ones before there were stronger regulations. As with most FM Transmitters, finding a good clear channel to use is key.

On quirk I found was that when I used this as an FM Transmitter & Charger for my HTC Incredible, it may not charge the phone as quickly as the battery is being drained depending on what you are doing on the phone. For example, if I use Last.fm to stream music while I am using the GPS function, there is a discharge of battery. However, If I listen to MP3s stored on the Incredible and the GPS, the phone remains fully charged.

I think the OEM charger for the incredible is 1amp and this charger is likely 0.5amps which is pretty common for USB chargers. It still works, but it is good to be aware of the limitation for long trips.

Easy and Quick
Pretty good for no wiring, can get a lot of static at times, usually pretty much just a slight crackle in the background (tolarable)
